This Payments & Policies page outlines the terms and conditions under which payments and returns are accepted at Martin Bros. Food Market locations. By making a purchase, customers agree to abide by the following policies in full.
Payment Methods
We accept the following forms of payment:
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Cash
Valid store-issued gift cards
Please note:
Personal or business checks are not accepted.
We are unable to accept EBT or SNAP payments at this time.
Coupons or discounts found online may not be valid and are subject to verification at the point of sale.
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change without notice. Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Return Policy
Customers may return eligible items within 90 days of the original purchase date, provided the following conditions are met:
A valid sales receipt must be presented at the time of return.
Returned items must be unopened and in original packaging.
Items must be in new, sellable condition.
Non-Refundable Items:
Perishable goods (including but not limited to fresh produce, frozen foods, dairy, meats, and prepared foods)
Closeout or clearance merchandise
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible. Returns made without a receipt or beyond the 90-day window will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with the terms above.
