Easy Egg Bake

Easy Egg Bake

SERVES: 25-30 [1 Foil Pan]

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw eggs in refrigerator for two days.
  2. Preheat to 400°.
  3. Stack foil pans together.
  4. Melt stick of butter and coat the bottom and sides of the pan.
  5. Mix eggs, sausage, skillet and half of the cheese together. Add salt & pepper to taste.
  6. Top with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake at 400° for 1 hr 45 minutes (oven may vary).
  8. Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting.

Note: Egg bake is done when a knife inserted into the middle of the pan comes out clean.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stack one foil pan inside of the other (to increase stability).
  2. Drain beans (or thaw and drain frozen).
  3. Combine beans, soup, milk, cubed cheese and pepper.
  4. Add 1/2 of the French Fried Onions to the green bean mixture, stir and pour into pan.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour, stir halfway through baking.
  6. Top with remaining onions and bake an additional 5 minutes.
Cheesy Party Potatoes

Cheesy Party Potatoes

SERVES: 50-60

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray the inside of the roaster with a heavy coating of non-stick spray. Preheat to 325°.
  2. In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns and melted butter. Add 3 lbs of the cheese and 12 oz (about half) of the French Fried onions and mix.
  3. Layer remaining French Fried onions on a cookie sheet and brown in oven preheated to 425° for 5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
  4. Combine the soup, sour cream and seasonings; add to the potato mixture and mix.
  5. Pour into electric roaster, cover and bake for 1 hour. Gently stir mixture and continue baking an additional 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Top with remaining 1 lb of cheese and bake an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Add a layer of browned French Fried onions before serving.
