Easy Egg Bake
SERVES: 25-30 [1 Foil Pan]
Ingredients:
- 5 lb Scrambled Egg Value Mix
- 5 lb Jimmy Dean Sausage Skillet Entrée
- 2 lb Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 Stick of Butter
- 2 Full-Size Foil Pans
Directions:
- Thaw eggs in refrigerator for two days.
- Preheat to 400°.
- Stack foil pans together.
- Melt stick of butter and coat the bottom and sides of the pan.
- Mix eggs, sausage, skillet and half of the cheese together. Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Top with remaining cheese.
- Bake at 400° for 1 hr 45 minutes (oven may vary).
- Let stand 10-15 minutes before cutting.
Note: Egg bake is done when a knife inserted into the middle of the pan comes out clean.

Savory Green Bean Casserole
SERVES: 54
Ingredients:
- 2 #10 cans veri-green beans (or 8 lbs frozen)
- 1 can (49.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 qt milk
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 24 oz FRENCH’S® Original French Fried Onions
- 16 oz Velveeta cut into small cubes
- 2 full-size foil pans
Directions:
- Stack one foil pan inside of the other (to increase stability).
- Drain beans (or thaw and drain frozen).
- Combine beans, soup, milk, cubed cheese and pepper.
- Add 1/2 of the French Fried Onions to the green bean mixture, stir and pour into pan.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour, stir halfway through baking.
- Top with remaining onions and bake an additional 5 minutes.

Cheesy Party Potatoes
SERVES: 50-60
Ingredients:
- 3 (3 lb) packages frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed overnight
- 2 sticks melted butter
- 4 lbs shredded Cheddar Jack cheese, divided
- 1 (49.25 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 (5 lb) container sour cream
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 (24 oz) bag French’s French Fried Onions, divided
Directions:
- Spray the inside of the roaster with a heavy coating of non-stick spray. Preheat to 325°.
- In a large bowl, combine thawed hash browns and melted butter. Add 3 lbs of the cheese and 12 oz (about half) of the French Fried onions and mix.
- Layer remaining French Fried onions on a cookie sheet and brown in oven preheated to 425° for 5 minutes. Be careful not to overcook.
- Combine the soup, sour cream and seasonings; add to the potato mixture and mix.
- Pour into electric roaster, cover and bake for 1 hour. Gently stir mixture and continue baking an additional 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Top with remaining 1 lb of cheese and bake an additional 30 minutes.
- Add a layer of browned French Fried onions before serving.
